The Opportunity
They are looking for an experienced Financial Adviser to join the growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys the balance of nurturing existing client relationships while actively seeking out and onboarding new business. You will be supported by an established administrative and compliance infrastructure, allowing you to focus on what you do best: providing high-quality advice.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Servicing: Actively manage and service a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their financial plans remain aligned with their long-term goals.
• Business Development: Take responsibility for bringing new clients on board, leveraging the firm's reputation and your own networking capabilities.
• Holistic Advice: Provide regulated advice across a broad range of areas, including pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
• Report Writing: Utilize our internal guidance templates to produce your own high-quality suitability reports.
• Compliance & Admin Liaison: Work closely with our dedicated admin and compliance support teams to ensure all cases meet regulatory standards.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser, along with a Level 4 or 6 Diploma and a track record of quality advice and client retention.
• Ideally based in or near Loughborough for consistent office-based collaboration.
• Strong technical proficiency and the ability to draft clear, concise reports.
• A proactive mindset toward both client servicing and new business acquisition.
